Our client, one of Malta’s main restaurants, is looking for a Maintenance and Equipment Manager to join their team!
 
THE POSITION
Based in Malta and reporting to the General Manager, the Maintenance and Equipment Manager is responsible for the maintenance department which provides support to all restaurants. The role involves working to business targets, liaising with the restaurants' managers, operations team, suppliers and contractors.

The Maintenance Equipment Manager ensures that all equipment is in optimal condition, allowing for quality and efficiency targets and budgets to be achieved, and coordinates preventive maintenance programmes to minimize downtown.
  
THE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Engineering and have three years’ experience in leading a technical team. The chosen candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of technical excellence, be a self-starter and  meticulous, effective partner to our customer-facing teams working to deliver all day, every day.
