Our client, an iGaming company which owns and operates a number of gambling brands, is looking for a Customer Support (Japanese Speaking) to assist our Japanese speaking players across a multi-brand platform!
  
Based at our fantastic office in sunny Malta, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting our players via chat and e-mail
  • Providing WOW experience to our players
  • Maintaining customer focus and responding to customer queries in accordance with company guidelines
  • Supporting and guiding customers with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary
  • Promoting the company's values and products
  • Ensuring professional working relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or similar position
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Good communication and IT-skills
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in both Japanese and English
  • You must be over 18 years old and have a clean police record
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to work shift including weekends and public holidays
  • Ambitious and can imagine a future with us
